10. Method of payment

Purchases made on sanotint.it are safe and guaranteed and payment can be made in one of the following ways:

Payment by bank transfer in advance

Payment by Credit Card via Stripe circuit

Payment by Paypal system

10.1 Payment by advance bank transfer

In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the order will be managed only after confirmation of the crediting of the entire amount.

Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. For a correct and fast order management, the Customer in the reason for payment must indicate the order number, date, name and surname of the Customer.

After this deadline the order will be automatically canceled.

The availability of the chosen product will be assessed at the time of accreditation.

10.2 Credit Card Payment via Stripe circuit

Credit card payments are handled through the Stripe company.

Where the user chooses to pay by credit card, the reference banking institution will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In case of cancellation, BAER will request the cancellation of the transaction and the cancellation of the amount committed.

The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the cancellation of the BAER transaction has been carried out, it cannot in any case be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system.

BAER reserves the right to request additional information from the user or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In case of refusal BAER reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the purchase process by credit card, BAER is able to know personal information relating to the owner of the same, given that the information is transmitted directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction, a protected site.

10.3 Payment with Pay Pal

By selecting the type of PayPal payment, the user will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site and payment will be made in the manner indicated therein.

The information provided on the PayPal site will not be shared with BAER but will be managed directly by it.

In the event of cancellation of the order or of non-acceptance by BAER, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account. BAER will not be liable in any way for delays and / or damages caused in this phase.

11. Shipping and costs

The cost of shipping is borne by the user and will be calculated automatically by the system.

12. Delivery times

The delivery times of the goods vary depending on the availability of the purchased product in the warehouse (e.g. if the product is available from the manufacturer) and the delivery methods provided for it.

In any case, the delivery date is purely indicative and is in no way binding on BAER.

BAER makes use of the couriers / carriers that offer the best quality / price ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer our customers advantageous prices and quality of service.

In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment and / or at set times and / or days.

In case of non-delivery of the goods due to incorrect address provided by the user or for complete storage in the warehouse of the courier / carrier and / or in any case for any reason attributable to the behavior of the user, a new shipment will be possible ONLY upon advance payment of the same in the manner indicated by BAER.

13. Delivery of the Goods

Upon delivery of the goods, the user is required to check:

that the packaging is intact and not altered even on the closing tapes.

In case of tampering and / or breakages, the user must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery using the document received by the courier or other operator and affixing the wording "GOODS CONTROL RESERVE FOR ....." (indicate the motivation).

The user must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner provided by the operator who performed the shipment.
